- You must register to attend the Youth Conference
- Only students currently enrolled in Adams County School District 50 schools in Westminster, CO may register
- You must download and print the registration form
- Completed registration forms must be handed in to the office of your school by Wednesday, February 22, 2012

1. Download the staff application form (Word .doc ~37KB)
2. Complete all parts of the application
3. Email the completed application (as a Word .doc) to westminster_area_caat@msn.com by the DEADLINE - Feb 6, 2012
